Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking ID.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

EU: 2-7 working days

Switzerland: 2-5 working days

UK: 4-10 working days

Rest of the world: 5-12 working days

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship throughout the EU, UK, Switzerland and all countries in the world where we can ship.

Can I change my address after an order?

Yes, you can change the address but only if the order has not yet been shipped.

Can I return my order?

Once you have received your package, you have 14 days to return the package. When returning a product, everything must be in the same condition as it arrived otherwise we cannot refund it.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a refund within 2 to 4 business days

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you received a damaged product, send us an email with your order details and a picture of the damaged product so we can happily send you a second one.
